GPA is proud to share that 11th grade student, Linda V., has received an internship with the Community Journalism Scholars Program at the Union Tribune this summer. Only 6 students throughout SanDiego county were selected for this exciting opportunity where high school students will be able to learn about journalism and civic engagement. Scholars will get a taste of what it is like to have an actual job in a media company, and become eligible for a $5,000 college scholarship.
