Over Spring Break, all GPA students are required to read, annotate, and reflect upon the various texts provided in their grade level readers. Students will discuss their thoughts in discussion groups and share their annotations and reflections the week of April 5th, when they return to their classes.
All GPA students grades 6-11 were given their own copies of these texts, along with a reading reflection page. Below are the readers in digital form as well. Each reader has a grading rubric included to help students and families understand how it will be scored, and each reader requires a parent/guardian signature on the reflection page so that families can discuss what students learned.
