Gompers Preparatory Academy (GPA) offers:

A rigorous WASC accredited college preparatory curriculum designed to prepare students with the necessary academic and social skills for college and beyond.
A full electives program (Band, Choir, Computers, ASB, and Foreign Language)
UCSD college tutors supporting students in academic classrooms daily.
GPA Family Service Center provides a range of social and emotional support for students and their families.
Teachers and staff dedicated to doing whatever it takes to help students achieve.
Extended school hours, after school programs, and REACH (Respect, Enthusiasm, Achievement, Citizenship and HARD WORK) character education.
Small study group classes for students needing extra learning time with grade level Math and English.

For the 2012-13 school year, GPA is open to all students, grades 6-12, but gives priority enrollment to neighborhood students.
